Advanced Device Diagnostics

To assist troubleshooting problematic devices, this View provides access to additional logging output generated by the Network Server's LoRa processing of uplinks.

The Devices table shows a list of currently enabled advance diagnostics. The table will give a description of the device, the level of diagnostics, and the time at which the advance diagnostics will be disabled.

Enable Advance Diagnostics

To enable diagnostics on a device click the plus button.

Enter the details for the device. Choose a diagnostics level to be enabled and duration for it to be enabled.

View Diagnostic Logs

Select Logs from the drop down menu.

The logs table will show the advance diagnostic logs for all devices that have had advance diagnostics enabled.
