Multitech

Added support for MultiTech mPower OS version 6.0+.
Added support for detecting alternate LoRa Packet Forwarders. This condition is reported to the Network Server under gateway System Events.
Addressed an issue where a show-support may not upload to the LoRa Network Server.
Implemented a change to persist the Senet Packet Forwarder installation during MultiTech mPower OS and patch updates.

Addressed an issue where installation may use SD Card if present.
Added support for re-configuration of active cellular interfaces.
Added support for sending GPS data to the Network Server on GPS-capable models.
Addressed an issue where the Gateway OS version reported to the Network Server may be inaccurate.
Addressed and issue where the Senet Forwarder application may not stop during an uninstall.
Added support for reporting Gateway temperature to the Network Server on models that provide this data.
